Paula Delgado was a local hair salon with a loyal clientele, but its brand image was too generic for the specialized services it actually offered. The goal was to reposition the business as a specialized color studio, elevating its perceived value to justify a new pricing structure and attract a more discerning clientele. The brand identity had to convey professionalism, trust, and expertise without resorting to fleeting trends. The client was looking for a minimalist and timeless brand that could remain relevant for years to come.
